2025: Fostering Connection in the Age of AI
As a fully remote team, we think about togetherness a lot.
How do you cultivate it across cities, state lines, and continents? Yes, much of it is about having the right people, but even then, creating a sense of connection when you’re not in the same room is an art. And since we’re a team of creatives, we want to come together in a way that feels—and looks—beautiful.
Like the rest of the world, we’ve kept a watchful eye as the dawn of a new age unfolds: The Age of AI. While we certainly have our concerns, our conversations on the topic overwhelmingly gravitate toward curiosity. How can we build a symbiotic relationship between our team and AI? This curiosity ultimately inspired the idea to create a series of workscapes: More Beautiful backgrounds for More Beautiful moments together, everywhere we are. So, we asked each member of our team what their dream office looks like, and our designers got to work…with a little AI assistance.
The result? Six unique spaces, each with six cohesive backgrounds to give the illusion that we’re all reporting live from different rooms within the same beautiful location. They elevate every client call, and there’s an inherent element of joy in “meeting up” in each other’s spaces. We’ve even included some of our favorite images we’ve retouched over the years. Together, they form a virtual office that is also a cabin, cottage, villa, and pied-à-terre. Ultimately, they bring us together and make us feel closer than ever in an increasingly isolated, remote world.
Whether your team is on a hybrid schedule or takes Zoom meetings from different ends of the same floor, a unified online presence is an instant upgrade. It says, “Hi, we’re polished, and we can get the job done.” Download a different workscape for each client, or find your fave and set it as the background for every call. They’re our gift to you for a More Beautiful 2025.
